Overview
A platform for streamlined portfolio management, networking, and film crew coordination. Werc is a New York based start-up aiming to improve the recruitment process for everyone involved.
In this project, I worked with Iryna Dorosh (product design).
Problem
The previous design lacked visual hierarchy, creating a claustrophobic, text-heavy experience that’s hard to scan. It also missed accessibility and clarity benefits by not using icons or dual-coding.
Design Decisions
The design was made responsive and user-friendly, with optimized page load times to accommodate the heavy content typical in portfolios, ensuring adherence to contemporary usability standards.
